Press release An article published in the Arbetet magazine (newspaper for Swedish trade unions) today, 14 September, carries the announcement that ABF (the Swedish Workers' Educational Association) and Ship to Gaza plan a joint nationwide adult education venture concerning the situation in Israel and Palestine, and the initiatives that are being taken in order to do something about it.
News Thanks to Estelle, more and more people around the world learn about the true consequences of the blockade on Gaza, and our nonviolent action to break the blockade and lift the siege with no other weapons than our solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza. News Two homes were severely damaged by a Grad rocket in Netivot, in southern Israel, near the border with the Gaza Strip. No person was injured. An additional rocket was fired at Be'er Sheva, and fell in an open area. No casualties or damage was reported.

The total number of our friends and supporters is of course many times higher. But 28000 is not bad, it´s about the same number as the inhabitants in an ordinary Swedish town. Like Ronneby, for instance.
